NO STYLE Exhibition Identity

The identity of this Ed Ruscha exhibition is inspired by his philosophy, "It's better to have no style than any style," and is centered around the concept of "No Style." In particular, the exhibition focuses on Ruscha's statement in an interview: "The background is just a stage for the words. It just conveys the mood." Capturing this mood lies at the heart of the exhibition.

TITLE WALL The title wall of the exhibition features AI-generated background images. These images are designed to reflect his techniques. At the center of the wall, a question related to daily life is displayed, reflecting how Ruscha often drew inspiration from his everyday experiences. Visitors can answer the question using their phones, and AI generates images based on their responses.  The generated words and images are then displayed on the title wall in real time.
